Personality:Gale before his mother went missing was a very happy boy.He barly liked anyone else hanging around his mother unless it was another female.After her death let His best friend Neliel stay with him because at the same time her parents were killed too.He looked after her because of the fact that he had no one else he could count on.Over the years he has had a feeling for her.When he went out with Hikari he was thinking of Neli most of the time.He isn't good neaither bad he is in the middle.He's just a strong fighter,he heared of the Akatsuki but he wasn't interested in it at all.He just want to live in peace.But He wouldn't stand there and let someone die.He will help out.But he will do anything for his friend Neliel Even If it cost him his life.Because for him,He truly loves her.He is calm,cool and collected guy most of the time.He hates fan girls,He has alot of pride for his clan.He doesn't kill of his opponent if he doesn't have to.He is crazy in a fight he teaches more in battle then to go all out.And If your strong he'll ask for another fight again someday,He's not that friendly.He can go crazy.

Bio:

Before Academy Arc-
Gale Uchiha lived a normal life with his mother,father Itachi ran away when he found out that he was having a Son again,one cloudy day Neliel one day knocked on his door.they were 8 at the time and she was just saying Hi and that they were having a party and she asked If he wanted to come.He didn't want to but he didn't have anything else to do.But they had a good time and then she was walking him home and they here'd a large explosion coming from her house.And they race back only to see her parents were destroyed by a house fire.And then they ran to his house and found his mother missing.After that they ran in his house and then looked outside of there house only to find banits outside and Then they both watched as A single jonnin easily took out the banits.Then it was clear to them both that they wanted to fight.


Academy arc-
After there parents death,She moved in with Gale.And they stayed away from other people and lived alone.Untill one day they were walking in a forest and saw a gennin squad.And once again they watched people fight.And both at 9 years old at the beganing of the year they join the academy.As a Academy student they face per-presser,homework and bullies.But After they both learned about how the life of a ninja worked.They were head of there class.They stuck together,some thought that they were brothers and sister.Some thought that they were boyfriend and girlfriend.At that time Gale and Neliel had No interest in dating,but Gale had a Interest in the rare element Lightning.Her training was different,he never got to see what she was able to do at the time because he was the one that was protecting her all the time.At 11 Gale had did a sparing match with Her and she easily keep knocking him to the ground.And He then in that fight activated sharingan.And They both enjoyed each others comany.They didn't really trust anyone,They didn't have any goal's or hopes or any dreams.They just wanted to protect each other from evil.And at 12 they both graduated.



Gennin arc-
Gale and Neliel Had to wait on getting a squad.They didn't care because they didn't want to split apart,But she didn't look like the normal adverage gennin.No.She looked so good that Chunnin and gennin boys wanted her but in the end she would deny them for the simple fact that she felt like she didn't need to have a boyfriend.Gale was Icandy for mostly all the Gennin girls.But he would hide behind Neliel and they would dissappear.They've grown strong but they finally got into a squad.Gale,Neliel and Hikari were the gennin.And The jonnin was Ratji Jun.They soon grow a strong bond together and Gale learned how to highly absorb things and to unleash chakra and release it powerfully.Neli was learning strong Taijutsu and tactics.Hikari was the medical ninja of there squad.There sensei just had a amazing amount of chakra and jutsu.One there first mission outside of the village,All of the gennin felt like they belong outside the village and just around the world.They had fun and When they came back they had got payed.All 3 of the gennin's began hanging out together And the 3 faced off against there sensei for permission to enter the chunnin exams.Hikari and Gale were fighting at the beganing and they displayed amazing skill but when they were stuck in a trap Neli some how was able to hit there sensei and he jumped back.After 3 hours of fighting the Ratji finally passed out with Neli with alot of energy to spar.Written exams were easy because Gale just used sharingan and copyed and Hikari planed on hurting herself so she could see a glance at someone's papper.Neli had a small fly,and it had camra on it and it not only messed with the people watching but looked at answers as well.The forest of death was simple they waited untill someone made it to the tower and they attacked.And the first round they showed there skills and there were new jutsu that Gale got a look at,hepassedalong with the rest of his squad members.And when they had time to train.He all of a sudden wanted to date girls.He was training so hard that he made up two fighting styles and was able to change the color of his lightning.Neli was able to push her normal body abilitys to a whole new heights.Hikari just watched Medical ninja's and she took notes.Gale had already Gain tome 2 sharingan when he was in the first round.When he fought in the finally round his opponent didn't touch him.When Neli fought she was called super human,She won by her opponent giving up.Hikari quickly dispached her opponent and won.In the end Neli and Hikari went at it and both lose,a Tie.Gale had won the whole thing and all 3 became a chunnin.




Chunnin arc-
Gale,Neli and Hikari had been doing good in missions because they asked to be in the same squad even if when they make it to ANBU.The Hokage accepted.All of them were 13 when this happened,They were one of the youngest to be chunnin.They were always exploring the world outside of Konoha.They found out what kind of people there are out in the real world and instead of the perfect little village.They also found out all the village's that are known on the map and off the map.They were always being tested by ANBU,And they would try ambushing them.But the squad would always be on there game.They were ANBU level but they were chunnin.Gale was known as Lightning Lotus,Neli was known as breaking Lotus,And Hikari was known as speed lotus.They were very well known.Gale and Hikari started going out on dates.Neli had boyfriend,but he tryed to have sex with her and she didn't know what that was and he broke up with her because of it.She went crying to Gale,It was the first time since her parents death she cryed.Gale went up in the boys house and beat up him and all his friends in the house.And all 3 of them had signature weapons.Hikari had 2 swords scrapped to her back,Neli had two daggers,and Gale had two small swords.They then signed up for the ANBU exams and somehow failed but was still premoted.But during the Exams he did gain 3 tome sharingan




Current arc-
As ANBU there power increase by a great amount scale.They was still the 3 of the village,One day Hikari broke up with Gale.They were spending alot of time together but after the break up everything changed abit.He started to be abit more evil when he thought of plans.But he always watched Neli's boyfriend and when they were doing something bad he would attack.After the squad hit 17 They were promoted to S-Ranked.Gale then Started Sage training,he had no more interest in the village.Neli because of all of her boyfriends left her she didn't care that much for the village eaither.And Hikari she learned everything she wanted to learn in the hidden leaf village and she wanted to leave.One day After a S-Ranked Mission and was walking in the Hokage's buliding and over heared the Hokage saying that Gale Uchiha was so stupid that he still didn't know that his father destroyed the clan and because we made him.Gale at the age of 18 finally finished his sage training and He told Hikari and Neli what he was going to do.They knew he might not make it out alive.So he then destroyed the whole hokage building and hokage's face's.He wrote a sigh on the ground that said."This village will burn in the crimson flame".ANBU tryed to chase them but soon enough they were caught and they both had to split up.Hikari went to the Snow village and Gale went to the Rain village and Neli went to the moon village and Gale was just wandering around the world and found Neli and they both stuck together.As S-Ranked Missing Ninja's.And as missing Ninjas they moved around alot,Neli didn't know what sex is.She asked Gale to tell her and he did and acidently did it with her.But Since ANBU black ops women had to get there tubes tided they were cool.

Abilities:Gale Uchiha has a very large amount of moves and advantages that will make him a hard opponent.He is able to control and create lightning.He has full power when it come's to lightning.He with sharingan is also able to prodect his opponent's every move and he also if in eye cantact can cast his opponent in a genjutsu.His body is very light because of the ANBU training.And he train hiself so that no matter what jutsu he only use half of the chakra needed to perform a jutsu.He barly use handsighs when in a fight.

The jutsu is performed by using the most basic of elemental manipulation to create elecricity, but instead of using the outsides of the hands the user creates it inside a muscle, causing intense pain with no lasting side effects. This jutsu's only real use is for breaking genjutsu, since it hurts the user instead of a target.

Description: A basic Raiton technique. The user must perform two hand seals while gathering chakra either in a concentrated spot or all throughout their body. This part may be performed as much as thirty seconds in advance of the actual attack and held in till released. Upon release a high voltage shock will either travel through the point of concentration or through the body as a whole, delivering a shock capable of stunning and causing uncontrollable muscle spasms in the victim. To be hit by this technique a person must be either in contact or withing three feet of the user under normal conditions. While under water this effect widens substantially to withing ten feet of the user. This technique is incapacitating for a full ten seconds (meaning two combat posts) and is strong enough to stop a human heart if concentrated and directed correctly. As the effects wear off a person may feel a burning or tingling sensation all over their body, though the technique does not physically leave more then first degree burns even when focused.

Description: A basic lightening jutsu requiring two hand seals. The user performs the two seals and concentrates their chakra into their hands creating a negative charge in their hands opposite a positive charge in the air, created by the release of chakra from the body. The two charges create an area extending one foot away from the charged hands of the user that is filled with miniature lightening. The lightening creates a bright white flash that is capable of blinding, and creates a pressure wave that sweeps forward in a 180 degree ark from one side of the user to the other. The pressure wave can rupture ear drums and at close to medium range can knock a person off their feet (melee-20ft aprox). If a person is actually within the foot range of the hands severe electrocution will follow. This technique is built to disorient, not as a melee attack.

Description: A basic lightning jutsu requiring the use of two hand seals. The shinobi performs the hand seals and uses elemental manipulation to convert their chakra to the lightning element. Then the user transfers the energy into the ground to any spot of their desire within 50 feet of their current position. When activated with a release seal from the user that area, consisting of a three foot diameter circle, will explode due to rapid expansion from heating from the electricity running through the dirt and rock. This is near the strength of an explosive tag when the spot chosen is just normal dirt; however, if a small to medium sized rock outcrop or pile of earth were on top of the chosen location the blast becomes much stronger. Composition of ground is important when using this technique as rock will create small fragments that act akin to shrapnel, while plain dirt will act more like a concussion grenade. This technique can be used against constructs created by earth specializing ninja.



Name: Raiton: Mayoko Rakurai no Jutsu [Lightning Release: Ark Lightning Technique]

Description: A long range technique requiring four hand seals. The user builds up an electrical charge, usually in the hands, via elemental manipulation of lightning chakra. This is done while the hand seals are being performed and can be seen by electricity arcing between the hands. The user then simply directs their attack by pointing at the spot they wish to attack, unleashing a blast of lightening from said pointing finger at the target. This attack is strong enough to severely burn the point of impact, throw a person several feet through the air, or make rock formations explode as they rapidly are heated. As usual with a lightning element there is a considerable shock at the end of this lightening bolt. People hit often lose consciousness, convulse, froth at the mouth, smoke from the hair, and can possibly have their heart stopped. This jutsu is effective at up to 100 feet away, but becomes less accurate over distance. At 50 feet it is very accurate, at 75, moderately, and at 100 it requires some luck to hit a person sized target.

Description: A technique that requires four hand seals. The ninja uses elemental manipulation to disperse lightning chakra into the air, creating a highly charged environment for 150 feet in all directions from the user. This zone is prone to static discharge and can be triggered by the smallest of movement. The discharge isn't harmful more then getting shocked on a car door in a windy day, instead this shock alerts the user of the static field to the position of the discharge, making this zone almost impossible to hide in effectively. This technique acts as a sort of radar for the user, giving him a sixth sense that can't be fooled by traditional genjutsu. However, this does have its disadvantage in that the field cannot distinguish what created the discharge, often getting discharge off of nearby animal life or teammates. The more objects the user has to track at once the more stressful a situation can be, leading to headaches if the user is subject to many discharge sources over an extended period of time. Lasts five posts before the user must recharge the field with more chakra or let the jutsu end.

This allows the clone to carry out limited attacks on its target. If the Raiton Kage Bunshin is injured, the clone will revert into its natural lightning state. Like in other Lightning Element attacks, should the target come into contact with the electricity, they will be momentarily stunned.

This will last for one post, due to the nature of the technique, and the user is rendered immobile.

Effect: A skill where the user concentrates a great deal of Electrical Chakra within their hands, shoving it forward in order to halt oncoming projectiles. Another effect of this jutsu, is its ability to halt jutsu that are weaker then it. This jutsu does not have an actual chakra cost, but in turn has one that changes depending upon the situation. The more chakar focused, the greater the effect of halting an opposing force

- Effect: A technique where the user performing the necessary handseals thrusts their hand foreward and fire off a bolt of lightning. This bolt of lightning is actually not meant to hit the opponent, as where the lightning bolt strikes is where the user will transport - Note: This lightning travels at 450 speed

- A technique utilizing Lightning Chakra, Burst, Focus, and Infuse
- Handseals: Monkey, Dragon, Dog, Horse

- Effect: A skill where the user utilizing a Lightning type Shunshin ability, will flow high up into the sky up into the air. For a few moments they remain stationary, as they come crashing down towards the opponent. Their entire body being a destructive lightning weapon, that when crashing down will create a rather large crater and lay down a hurtin on those whom are hit by it.

- Effect: At points it happens when the user is bound by the oponent by various ropes or even strings. Or when it comes down to it in a grappling hold. Utilizing the same principles the user gathers chakra into their fingertips, but changing the nature of the chakra into electricity and then firing it off as what seems to be bullets. When striking against the ground, they let off a burst of electricity within a two foot radius. Damage multiplied per bullet

- Effect: A skill that is normally used after a Lightning jutsu, to add a thunderous effect. When the lightning jutsu strikes, it will utter forth a shockwave which will send the opponent backwards. Increasing the distance between the user and the individual effected by the skill, giving a greater oppurtunity to plan the next attack
