This is located in the kazekage building near the office it is a library where ninja of the sand go too look and learn jutsu of there village,and apply them to there own tsunade also have a part of the library for medical jutsu and healing to gain more healers of the village

Madara's image appeared slowly it cycled and from the other dimension Madara appeared and he wasn't behind his mask, strange yes ? He was in his red black armor and his long hair was let loose and he was still young and handsome.
Uchiha Madara sat on one of the chairs and put his legs on the table. Waiting....

i was thinkin of a all out brawl ultimate tag competition each village enters there two best ninja even the kage can enter as i even outlaws should enter and the winner shall be rewarded
