| Name: Hidan the Immortal Age: Unknown [ | Looks to be in his Twenties | ] Gender: Male Kekkei Genkai: -- ---------------------------------- Village of Allegiance: None [ | Formerly Yugakure | The Village Hidden in the Hot Springs | ] Rank: S-ranked Specialty: Jujutsu [ | Curse Techniques | ] Chakra Element:Blood Personality: - Spoiler:
Hidan, more then any of the other old Akatsuki members, is a foul mouth. Being an immortal he has a tendency to be overconfident, however no matter how many times he reminded Kakuzu, his old parent still would not stop warning him about what would kill him. There is just really no point for him to fear such things as death and hell since he will never see them other then the death he himself causes. Hidan, though he may not look the part, is a very religious individual. He constantly speaks of his faith, which holds carnage as its principle precept and cause. Because of his religion Hidan has a tendency to completely slaughter his opponents, for anything less would be a sin. Granted, while he is religious to a key, or at least as much of one as he can be, he does recognize that some things he would be better without. However, the god of his faith is very strict, and some of his actions, like praying before and after every battle, are done out of obedience to the dogma rather then his own will. Hidan is the kind of person to point out sins that will lead others into damnation, however he does not have to worry about such things. For someone that spends so much time praying, he does not like being held up with pity things like waiting around when there is no use, or even collecting money. After all, what use is money when the world will come to an end? Since loosing his battle to Shikamaru and being left in a hole to rot, Hidan has developed a hatred of all Nara Clan’s members, and while he would not be so hasty as to hunt out every one of those f*ckers, if he ever comes across a Nara again, there’s dead. Seriously.
Looks: - Spoiler:
For someone that so commonly ends up being covered in blood, Hidan has a very clean look to him most of the time. His hair is white, and slicked back into a neat-combed look. Around his neck is hung loose the headband of his old village, however, considering that he is immortal and has been living for such a long time, no one but him can identify the village it represents, and he would never tell something like that. Hidan is the kind of guy that likes to show his chest, and even when he was forced to wear the Akatsuki robe out of keeping up with the accord of his old organization, Hidan would always leave the wide collar and front of the roe separated so that his chest could show. Furthermore, if his rosary featureing the symbol of the Fate of Jashin is around his neck that would show through his robe as well. The symbol of the Jashin is a circle with an upside down triangle in it. While Hidan is no longer a member of the Akatsuki, he does sometimes wear a completely black robe similar to his old one. Hidan is the kind of guy that looks better without a shirt on. However, he is no longer bound by the Akatsuki in choosing his attire. Thus, he has branched out his wardrobe some, but has not really found much that he likes other then his usual wear. However, his clothing can change per his liking. However, if this is not one then he can usually just be found wearing his loose black pants that have white sash. Hidan, however, always carries his unique three-bladed scythe with him, since he needs to get a drop of blood to be able to perform his ritual.
History: - Spoiler:
Hidan has lived for a thousand lifetimes, never being able to die after being granted the gift of Jashin. However, although this immortal may recount things long since past, of which he has witnessed with his own eyes, his importance in this modern world begins with the Akatsuki, and their hunt for the nine Bijuu. The power of the nine beasts collected in on place would be more then enough in order enact the complete slaughter of the world and bring about the judgment of the Jashin. Thusly “The Immortal” lent his talents to this organization, and his primary duty was the capture of the Two-Tailed beast, or at least the Jinchuuriki that contained the Nibi anyway. At first he might not have appeared as much. Hidan himself noted that his attacks were the slowest out of everyone in the Akatsuki, and if that was not bad enough he had to take a moment to offer his prayers to God before continuing the battle. Kakuzu mocked Hidan’s prayers as always, and yet although Hidan was angry, he noted himself that he did not like him much either, and that the prayers were out of a strict obligation, and not out of great love. With a rosary barring the symbol of his lord in his right hand, and the link to his three-bladed scythe in his left, Hidan was ready for the ensuing battle. Luckily he was finally ready for battle, for as soon as he had finished his prayer their target, Yugito Nii, activated an explosive note she had placed over her pursuers. The fact that Yugito had sealed all of the exits to where they were at didn’t faze Hidan at all. However, when she went off and proclaimed a battle cry about swearing to both himself and Kakuzu, well lets just say that he got irritated, and when Hidan gets irritated he gets hot-headed, and when he gets hot-headed…Well let’s just way you get the point.
The whole point of fighting back was useless, for it would be too painful for Hidan to fail. Granted he did not quite agree with having to keep the girl alive so that her demon could be extracted, but the fact remained that she was not going to be able to escape. To be honest, Hidan would have much rather just slaughtered the girl, for it is a sin to do anything but for someone as religious as Hidan is. Carnage is the principle precept of the Faith of Jashin, and it was only a shame that Yugito had to be alive in order for the Nibi to be removed from her. Unfortunately the battle would be a pain, because if was going to be a battle. Yugito was not about to just role over and let her be captured, and instead of talking any longer she made a full transformation into the two-tailed cat demon. Hidan was engulfed in demonic flames shot from the demon’s mouth itself. While the cat didn’t get his tongue, it nearly roasted his ass. However, while Hidan had his own complaints, he was still alive after being nearly swallowed by the massive cat demon. Hidan couldn’t do anything but laugh at the glooming fate of facing the so-called “Spirit of Vengeance”. Where others would be freaking out, Hidan was joking around, but then again it is not like he had anything to worry about. It took only thirty minutes before his ceremony was complete, and although Kakuzu was becoming impatent, Yugito was bloodily nailed to a wall of stone while Hidan was pulling a pike from his chest saying nothing but owe. Before much else could be said, Zetzu spouted from the ground, also mocking how long Hidan’s prayers took. It was like everyone around him were infidels, and they were. Didn’t they understand that anything less then what the Dogma of his faith called for would be sacrilege?
Soon after being ridiculed for his religion and passing the two-tails off to Zetzu, Hidan and Kakuzu were knocking down the doors to “The Temple of Fire” in order to collect a very hefty award on the capture of a particulate monk’s head. While Hidan tried to inform Kakuzu that killing a monk would mean that he would burn for hell for all eternity, he himself had no moral issue with it. After all for the Faith of Jashin killing is the reason, and it wasn’t like Hidan would ever have to face hell. This battle, like that last one, was all to short. Hell the largest part of it was the prayers that come after for Hidan. Upon cashing in the corpse of the monk, Hidan found it unpleasant to stand in the smell of all of the rotting corpses in the room. He instead elected to wait outside as Kakuzu counted his money and thus wasted even more time.
Before the Akatsuki pair could head out again they were attacked! Asuma Saritobi, Shikamaru Nara, Izumo Kamizuki, and Kotetsu Hagane all from one of Konohagakure’s Niju Shotai squads tried to surprise the Akatsuki pair. However, the real surprise was that Asuma was a member of the same guard that Kakuzu’s last target was, and that he had an even bigger price on his head. This was the perfect opportunity to make some money, at least for Kakuzu. As Shikamaru restrained Hidan with his “Shadow Imitation Techique”, the rest of the Konoha team was able to coordinate a finishing attack on Hidan. However, it was soon revealed that all these efforts did little to stop the so-called immortal. Kakuzu appeared to free Hidan from Shikamaru’s shadow, and to point out how pricy the bounty on Asuma’s head was. However, Hidan was determined to finish these guys off on his own, promising only that Kakuzu could have the cash after he was done. I did not take too much time for Hidan to get what he needed, after all Asuma had elected to face off one-on-one with the immortal. However, all Hidan needed was just a drop of blood, and after licking it away from the blade of his scythe, he was prepared to bring about divine judgment. In a cloud of smoke, Hidan appeared different then before, his skin turned back an outline of voodoo bones. At his feat was the symbol of his religion marking that it was time for his ritual to begin. Although Asuma immediately felt the effects of this jutsu, he did not understand them and he charged at the immortal. Hidan simply removed a pike from his cloak and stabbed his own thigh. Hidan was going to torture him for a while, after all attacking the vitals would be pointless because the death would be too quick. Where’s the fun if there is no agony? However, by wasting time Hidan only allowed Shikamaru to decipher how his technique worked, and thusly the battle truly was on. Shikamaru made Hidan, who was now captured in the “Shadow Possession Technique” again, step out from the area of the mark on the ground, and thusly Asuma was free. Not only was Asuma free, but also Hidan was entangled in Shikamaru’s shadow, allowing Asuma to decapitate Hidan! However, this just made the immortal mad, and Hidan was screaming his “lungs” out on the ground about how Kakuzu could have stepped in sooner despite the fact that Hidan wanted to take these guys on alone. Hidan ordered Kakuzu to bring his now lifeless body to him and sew him up, however, instead the head was just picked up by the hair and carried to his own body. Hidan, needless to say was not happy about this one damn bit. After a quick patch job Hidan was back to his old self. While Kakuzu held down Izumo and Kotetsu, Hidan managed to bind Asuma to his curse technique again by stepping back into the blood seal. Before Shikamaru could rush to Asuma’s aid, Hidan simply impales himself on his pike, severely injuring Asuma, though not killing him yet. However, before Asuma could become a corpse and have his bounty collected, Hidan and Kakuzu were called away in order to seal the two-tailed beast, and as much as Hidan wanted to fulfill the dogma’s of his religion and kill everyone along with saying his prayers, the reinforcements Konoha sent told him there was just no time now. He would take penitence later for not following the dogma then.
Hidan, however, would get another chance to kill Shikamaru, for hell apparently had no wrath like a student scorned. When the Konoha quartet met up with the Akastsuki duo, Shikamaru utilized Asuma’s trench knives in the attack, swelling the knives with his shadow chakra in order to restrain the Akatsuki members by pinning their shadows. With the two unable to fight back, Shikamaru prepared to trap the two with his “Shadow Imitation Technique” in order to allow him more of an advantage. However, Kakuzu was able to escape before this could happen. Shikamaru thus goes on the offensive with Hidan, through Kakuzu was able to black all of Hidan’s attacks by utilizing his ultimate defense of hardening his skin in order to protect himself form all physical attacks. Kakashi managed to attack Kakuzu’s heart, however, with the “Lightning Blade”, apparently killing Kakuzu. However, again their efforts were defeated, as Kakuzu replaced his heart with one of the four other one’s he carries in masks on his back, losing the use of only one of his five hearts. Kakuzu then used this other three remaining masks to perform powerful elemental techniques that freed Hidan from Shikamaru’s control and doing heavy damage to Kakashi. Regrouping, Shikamaru volunteers to distract Hidan while the others focused on Kakuzu. Sending multiple waves of his shadow at Hidan in attempt to trap the Akatsuki member in the imitation technique yet again, Hidan focuses all of his attention on avoiding Shikamaru’s jutsu, leaving himself open to a punch form Shikamaru to the face, distracting the immortal enough to be trapped in the shadow Imitation Technique.
With Hidan again under his control, Shikamaru lead him away from Kakuzu. Once far enough way, Shikamaru enacts his revenge on Hidan for killing Asuma. Shikamaru covers the area in explosive tags to corner the immortal. Unfortunately, Shikamaru’s technique’s longevity limit had elapsed, freeing Hidan from the shadow. Hidan used this opportunity to draw blood from Shikamaru’s cheek and consumed it, performing his cursed ritual. Hidan wasted no time and quickly stabbed himself in the heart, causing an apparently dead Shikamaru to keel over. Shikamaru, however, was alive, as the capsule that Kakashi had given him earlier in the fight with filled with Kakuzu’s blood, which had been taken when Kakashi had ripped through Kakuzu’s first heart. Hidan had killed his own partner as part of a strategy Shikamaru had in the works from when he calculated Kakashi’s potential in battle. With Hidan oblivious, Shikamaru attempted to decapitate him with a short sword. The cut was too shallow to sever Hidan’s head, prompting Shikamaru to capture him in a “Shadow Imitation”. As Hidan tried to attack Shikamaru through the weakened shadow technique, that was less powerful due to Shikamaru’s overuse of chakra. Shikamaru used his “Shadow Gathering Technique” to cover Hidan in the explosive tags in the area. With Hidan tied in place, Shikamaru activated a mark that he had prepared before the battle, causing the ground beneath Hidan to collapse into a pit. After taunting the immortal by stating that he had dug his own grave when he killed Asuma, Shikamaru goes into explaining that the surrounding forest is the property of his own clan, the Nara clan. Only the Nara are allowed to enter or leave the forest, thus ensuring that Hidan’s remains will never be found. After lighting a cigarette, Shikamaru thinks to Asuma, with his former sensei seemingly congratulating him on finally defeating Hidan, and thereby passing his own “Will of Fire” to Shikamaru. As the ghost fades, Shikamaru flicks the cigarette at Hidan, setting off all of the explosive tags at once. The ensuing explosion blew Hidan apart, leaving only his head intact as he threatens Shikamaru with punishment from his Lord Jashin, but Shikamaru calmly stated that he only believed in the “Will of Fire” and that Hidan’s god was nothing to him. Shikamaru then sealed Hidan within his tomb of earth with an explosive kunai that collapsed the pit Hidan was now trapped in.

| Hidan the Immortal[ | Physical Prowess | ] Hidan is an excellent example of a prime physical specimen. His body, which is seemingly ageless, is filled with the vigor of youth, forever held at the conditioning of a twenty-year-young structure. He has a rather muscular form, which is one of the primary reasons why he does not take to shirts much. However, his prowess goes well beyond that. He is extremely agile, being able to perform acrobatic flips, jumps, and leaps, as this is his common form of combat. His battle style actually relates highly to his name, which means 'flying rook'. [ | Exdurance and Stamina | ] Hidan not only can take a great deal of pain, but favors it. The pain of another pulsing through him is one of the things that he lives for, that and his cursed god that he serves. However, it is because of the years of conditioning that he can take a great amount of pain as though it were nothing. Heck, when he was decapitated by Asuma he complained more about the pain of having his hair pulled then the pain in the neck that was having his head severed clear off of his body. He also has shown to have a great deal of stamina, being strong enough to fight off the advancement of the Nara shadow techniques, pulling his body from their hold. [ | Weapon Art | ] Hidan is a master at the use and manipulation of his rare triple-bladed scythe. The rope that is attached to the weapon permits for him to bend and twist its path in the air, throwing it, and then pulling it right back, as well as altering it's path as it flies. Not only that, be he has been shown to be extremely graceful with how it is used, deflecting a storm of shuriken with nothing save for the rope as it danced around him. [ | Immortality | ] By far, the trait that Hidan is most known for is his immortality. It is uncertain how exactly he came to be immortal; through the explanation for this ability stems from his religious believes that stem from his worship of the Jashin [Evil God]. Hidan is completely immortal, which is to say his is entirely incapable of dying. This gift of his grants him something of an eternal youth as well, as his age is well beyond the lifespan of anyone else living today, and yet he still appears to be in his early thirties. Hidan is able to survive any fatal injuries he receives as well as any form of dismemberment, as was shown when he was still able to speak after being decapitated. However, for him to control his body he must still have his head connected to his body. Furthermore, he alone possesses the inability to reattach severed body parts, and he requires being sewed up if he is ever dismembered. Theoretically his immortality also grants him a slightly faster healing rate since, even through he usually always ends up impaling himself through his heart, he is shown to be in a perfect heath state shortly afterwards at the beginning of his next battles. Name: Jujutsu: Shijihyouketsu [Curse Technique: Death Controller Possessing Blood] - Spoiler:
Rank: S Range: Supplementary Jutsu Type: Jujutsu [Curse Technique] Elemental Affinity: - Clan: - Description: This satanic ritual of a technique essentially turns Hidan’s own body into something of a voodoo puppet to his opponent. In order to perform this technique, Hidan must first consume the blood of his opponent. It does not matter how much blood he consumes, for even a drop will do, but once he had consumed the blood the Immortal will begin this ritual of his faith. Hidan’s skin will darken and the form of a skeletal outline will appear all over his body. Furthermore, he must draw at his feet in his own blood, a large circle with an equilateral triangle triangle inscribed within it. Once the ritual is begun any damage he takes while within the circle will also be inflicted on his opponent, or opponents in the cases were he was able to consume blood from more then one person. By inflicting damage upon himself, the opponent will be injured in the exact same way, though the obvious differences is that only Hidan is immortal from dying of this damage. As an example of how this technique works, if Hidan was to stab himself in the thigh, the exact, same injure would appear on the opponent. Furthermore, though this would only be used intentionally if Hidan new he would have a way of reattaching the limb, if Hidan was to sever one of his own body parts, so too would that of the opponent be severed. The damage itself does not need to come from Hidan, as it would be possible to allow the opponent to attack Hidan and thereby cause himself damage. However, Hidan must remain within the circle on the ground or else the ritual will be temporarily stopped. If Hidan is forced out of the circle all he would have to do to restart the ritual is reenter the symbol of his faith, without having to consume any additional blood of his enemies.
Name: Kuchiyose: Akujin Tensei [Summoning: Evil God Reincarnation] - Spoiler:
Rank: S Range: Supplementary Jutsu Type: Jujutsu [Curse Technique] Elemental Affinity: - Clan: - Description: This is dark ritualistic ceremony that works in relations to Hidan’s Kami no Sabaki [God’s Judgment]. This technique involves summoning back to this word, dead souls claimed by Hidan’s sacrificial ritual in something that can only be explained as a blood pact created by the consumption of his opponent’s blood combined with the claiming of his opponent’s soul by Jashin. In order to perform this technique, Hidan need only draw onto the ground the symbol of Jashin, and then slam his palm onto the center of the symbol with the name of his claimed victim in mind. Once this s performed, the symbol will begin to cinder and burn, and from the hellfire insignia will arise the form of the previous victim. However, this form, given to Hidan by his Lord Jashin for temporary use, will have the insignia of Jashin tattooed upon its forehead, displaying the control Jashin has over the former living person. The form of the summons will appear as a healed version of when they died, though the faces of these emotionless summons are usually angered, or sorrowful. These summoned bodies will be able to use all the jutsu they once knew, and will obey the command of Hidan, allowing him to uses these summons perfectly in battle. Once summoned, about the only way to make these servants of Hidan disappear is to completely dismember them to prevent their mobility. Hidan is able to cancel the summons at any time, causing their bodies to burn into ash and disappear. If the souls are extracted from these bodies, they will be freed form their service to Jashin, though Hidan will be extremely displeased to say the least. Hidan can only summon one of his defeated opponents to the field at a time.
Name: Fire Temple Monks - Spoiler:
Rank: C Physical Description: These unnamed monks are bald, like most monks are. The actual size and frame of this monk can vary, since in the slaughter at the Fire Temple, any number of addition monks were sacrificed to Jashin other then Chiriku himself. However, this monk possesses a muscular build, which is good considering that it is only good for Taijutsu, or to be used as fodder. He wears traditional robes of anyone that is a practicing monk, consisting of a pure, white loose fitting robe shirt folded across his body, and similar style loose white pants. The actual white portions of his robes are only really visible around the sleeves, legs and right portion of the upper body, for the front of his cloths is draped with a royal blue loin robe hanging form his left shoulder. Type of Summon: Ritualistic Summoning Species: Human Story: The Temple of Fire is a holy place of worship within the Fire Nation, and when it was desecrated by the invasion of Hidan and Kakuzu, there were a multitude of monks that got thrown into the fight against the Akatsuki after Chiriku had been vanquished. There were countless monks involved, but it seems only one monk escaped being sacrificed to Jashin. Hidan can summon a random monk forth in order to do his bidding, but he can only bring one of these out at a time. Although these are not important summons for him, the advantage of these monks are that if the souls are removed, he will still be able to call forth a random monk. In all there were probably 30 monks killed in this way, but he will only summon one at a time, for being around too many former holy men is a disgrace to Jashin in the opinion of Hidan. Elemental Affinity: - Clan: – Jutsu List: None
Name: Sarutobi Asuma - Spoiler:
Rank: A Physical Description: Asuma stands at around 6’1” with a rather muscular build to his body. His hair is black, and spiked backed at the top of his head. However, his thick sideburns also lead down into a full bead, creating a ring of hair around his face. When he is summoned, he is done so with a cigarette in his mouth, suggestively because he died smoking a cigarette before being claimed by Jashin. Asuma wears a standard Jounin uniform for Konohagakure. His form of dress is black wear under his green shinobi vest, a red swirl on his black undershirt at the shoulders. His long black sleeves are rolled up to just before his elbows, and around his biceps are guards of wrapped cloth, similar to those at his ankles. However, perhaps the most interesting piece of clothing the sash around his waist that signifies that he was once a member of the 12 guards of the fire nation. Type of Summon: Ritualistic Summoning Species: Human Story: Sarutobi Asuma is the son of the famous Third Hokage, and was once one of the members of the 12 ninja guards of the Daimyou of the Fire Nation. He was formerly the Jounin sensei to Team 10, consisting of Nara Shikamaru, Akimichi Chouji, and Yamanaka Ino. With Asuma’s guidance, all fo the members of Team 10 made it to the rank of Chuunin, and the team itself continued to work together in the Konoha ranks assigned to hunting down and capturing the Akatsuki. Asuma was put as the captain to a squad consisting of Nara Shikamaru, Izumo Kamizuki, and Kotesu Hagane, who all assaulted Hidan upon waiting for Kakuzu to claim a bounty. In the fight that ensued, Hidan managed to get a drop of Asuma’s blood, and as a result of his cursed ritual, Asuma died, thus being sacrificed to Jashin by the Immortal himself.
Elemental Affinity: Katon [Fire] | Fuuton [Wind] Clan: – Jutsu List: Name: Katon: Haisekishou [Fire Release: Burning Ash Accumulation] - Spoiler:
Rank: B Range: Close-Mid Range (0-10m) Jutsu Type: Ninjutsu Elemental Affinity: Katon :: Fire Clan: - Description: Unlike other fire-based techniques, this technique uses a cloud of ash before actual flames. After performing several hand-signs the user will exhale a cloud of superheated ash, which is hot enough to burn flesh even before being ignited. This technique works off of an extended breath large enough to create a massive sized dome in the full attack range of this technique just in front of the user, though the side of the area this technique consumes depends largely on how long the user holds this breath, which is shot with the fingers held in front of the mouth in order to help guide this cloud as it forms. This cloud of lingering ash is hot enough to cause severe third-degree burns on the victim. Furthermore, since the cloud is entirely composed of ash, it stays in the air around the victim, making this a prolonged attack. The true deadliness of this technique, however, is that if the user clicks their teeth while expelling this cloud the stagnant ash will ignite at once, creating a violent explosion in the entire area consumed by ash.
Name: Hien [Flying Swallow] - Spoiler:
Rank: B Range: Close Range (0-5m) Jutsu Type: Ninjutsu Elemental Affinity: Fuuton :: Wind Clan: None Description: This is a tiajutsu attack used in conjunction with the chakra imbuing knuckle knives Asuma carries with him. Using his wind natured chakra, Asuma can extend the length of this blade, creating a sharpened blade of wind around the knives, which will remain invisible to the opponent. This is a highly effective technique in that the opponent is likely to misjudge the attack, believing that it is to come up short, when in reality the user may have extended their blade to such an extend to form a sword sized extension of chakra. This blade can be incredibly sharp, even being sharp enough to sever clear through the neck of a human, bone and all, as was shown when Asuma once used the technique to decapitate Hidan.
Name: Chiriku - Spoiler:
Rank: S Physical Description: The most notable feature of Chiriku is that he was a monk, specifically a monk of the Fire Temple. In life, Chiriku stood at 5’10” and weighed 130.29 lbs. As with most monks, Chiriku is bald, though with prominent eyebrows as his only facial hair. However, perhaps the most interesting piece of clothing the sash around his waist that signifies that he was once a member of the 12 guards of the fire nation.
Type of Summon: Ritualistic Summoning Species: Human Story: Chiriku was the head monk at the Fire Temple and was once one of the 12 Guards of the Fire Nation, a group that protected the Daimyou of the Fire Nation. Chiriku once worked closely with Sarutobi Asuma in protecting the Fire Lord. After his service to the Fire Lord was done with, he had moved on to become the head monk of the Fire Temple. However, when the Fire Temple was invaded by Hidan and Kakuzu, Chiriku died as a sacrifice to Jashin at the unfavorable end of Hidan’s ritualistic curse. Elemental Affinity: - Clan: – Jutsu List: Name: Fuuin Teppeki [Sealed Iron Wall] - Spoiler:
Rank: B Range: - Jutsu Type: Fuuinjutsu Elemental Affinity: - Clan: Senzoku no Sai [Gift of the God] Description: This is a Fuuinjutsu that can only be placed by someone possessing the Senzoku no Sai, “a gift of the god”, something practiced within the Temple of Fire. This is a barrier technique that is place on some standing structure, such as a wall, door, or even such a thing as a statue standing besides an area of entrance. The barrier makes it so that only those in possession of the Senzoku no Sai can pass through the seal so long as the Fuuinjutsu is undisturbed, meaning that only a Fire Temple monk, or someone that has studied with them and possesses the ability can pass through the barrier without it being removed. However, the barrier can be removed by standard Fuuinjutsu removal techniques, as well as direct physical hits, for a powerful enough direct strike to the protected area can remove the seal. The power of the technique that removes the seal must match, or surpass, the rank of the seal, meaning that only a B-rank or above technique could destroy the seal.

| Name: Raigou Senjusatsu [Amida Buddha’s Welcoming One-Thousand Arms of Death] - Spoiler:
Rank: S Range: Close-Mid Range (0-10m) Jutsu Type: Ninjutsu Elemental Affinity: - Clan: Senzoku no Sai [Gift of the God] Description: This is an ability once referred to as “Theurgical Enlightenment”, or “A Gift of the Gods”. The monks of the Temple of Fire have practiced such enlightenment for many centuries, though few ever learn to unlock a high-level of understanding of it. There have been few masters of this art, and most who have learned this technique are now dead, such as Chiriku of the Fire Temple. This technique is activated when the user forms his left hand into a traditional meditation sign in front of his body, while extending their right hand down with the palm held parallel to the ground beneath them. This technique summons the spirit of Amitabha, a celestial Buddha of holy power. When active, the spirit seems to envelope the user, taking on one of two forms. The first form is that of tranquility and peace. The large spiritual outline, that is translucent around the user and shines with a great deal of divine brightness, appears as a meditating spirit. In this form is possesses more arms then can be counted, all held out to the side in a rising fashion that looks as though someone froze picture after picture of someone performing a jumping jack. Many Buddha are seen possessing multiple arms, which acts as a symbol of divine nature and purity. The second form of Amitabha is far different then the first, for instead of being an image of peace, it is one of anger and fury. This form reacts to the user’s emotions, only revealing itself when the user is either truly angry, or intensely focused upon their opponent enough for the Buddha to understand it as anger, or passion. In this form the spiritual outline aground the user is red, and it’s face takes on an angry appearance. This technique changes in nature depending on the form the Buddha is in. The first form causes the spirit’s 1000 arms to attack in gentler chopping motions of the hand that act only to repel, while causing no great damage to the opponent or anything else. The second, fury, form results in a vicious attack of 1000 spirit fists that deliver massive damage while repealing foes from all direction. These fists attack at such a high speed and with so great of numbers that it seems almost impossible to avoid them when in range. Further, in its form of anger, the spirit can deliver enough damage to kill an opponent, such as crushing them between multiple punches headed form different direction. However, to do this the opponent must first be within close-range of the user, as otherwise the fists will not be able to reach out far enough. The great downside to this technique is that it is purely defensive. To perform the move, the user must first stop their motion to begin with, coming to a still position as they form the needed positions of the hands. If either hand is moved from position, the technique will immediately end, and so once began the user will not be able to move in order to reposition their defense better. Thusly, the user must know where the opponent plans to attack, and while this is not a problem if the opponent is purely attacking the user, it would serve to lessen the effectiveness of this technique if they user was attempting to protect someone else with this move. Since they are motionless with this technique, this move only serves as a defense, for it is only effective on targets that move within range, and so long as a target does not get in range, the technique does nothing but waist chakra.
Name: Jujutsu: Amanozako [Curse Technique: Heaven-opposing Everything] - Spoiler:
Rank: A Range: Supplementary Jutsu Type: Jujutsu [Curse Technique] Elemental Affinity: - Clan: - Description: This is a technique named for the mythological creature Amanozako, which was said to be a female spirit that would instigate people into performing wicked deeds by provoking them with their deepest desires. This technique is used in conjunction with Hidan’s own unique ritualistic summoning technique Akujin Tensei. Upon calling forth one of his defeated opponents, Hidan is able to activate this technique by consuming a drop of blood from his summoning, and then stepping into the symbol of Jashin he had drawn in blood upon the ground. Like his other technique, Hidan will take on the appearance of the grim reaper, his skin changing tones to signify the technique. However, instead of creating a connection between bodies, since he has already killed these former opponents, Hidan creates a connection of minds so long as he remains within the symbol of Jashin. While his summons will automatically follow his orders, as they are essentially without their own will, this technique allows Hidan to take direct control of the summoned body he performs this with, allowing him to control the bodies actions entirely. This is not so much a jutsu to be used in a battle, since it would actually impair him in such a situation, but instead is a technique that allows Hidan to perform tasks far off without his own body being directly there, and thusly this technique is usually performed when Hidan is actually secluded. If the connection is broken, and the summoned body is not able to hear any command of Hidan, then its initial instinct will be to return to its master, potentially leading more danger to Hidan other then the original cause that made him step out of the symbol of Jashin.
