Raina's Training grounds

This is where I come to train, read, or just relax and blow off steam. Its a small pond surrounded by thick trees. There are an abundant amount of lilly flowers growing.

After her mission, Raina walked through the mist to her secret training grounds. Walking to the edge of the pound she crouches on her knees and jumps out into the middle of the pond. The chakra in her feet prevent her sinking.

"Still peaceful" she thinks aloud. Raina lifts her hands to her head, forming a handsign, and breathes out slowly. There she stood meditating.

Raina opened her eyes, taking in a deep breath the mist around the pond thickened. Slowly winding her arms above her head then winding the to the side she continued her breathing at a slow pace. Shifting her left foot to the side she wound bend herself at the waist to stretch her arm to her foot.
